On July 1, 2019 the City Manager distributed the City’s Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Annual Operating Budget Estimate in the amount of $229,041,971 to the City Commission.  On July 9, 2019 a workshop was held to present the budget estimate to the City Commission and answer any questions or concerns.  The budget that is being presented at the September 20, 2019 (2^nd) hearing is $229,939,150; an increase of $897,179 over the July 1^st Estimate.  The budget that was presented at the September 12, 2019 (1^st) hearing was $15,575 higher.  Attached to this cover letter is a document that details the $(15,575) difference between the two budget hearing versions.  These changes will be presented at the hearing.
