Mr. Sando advised Board that if they had anyone who was interested in being considered for one of the open positions, they should contact the corresponding commissioner as
soon as possible.

Ms. Elejabarrieta advised that an updated application would be emailed to each Board member for their review and input. (Exhibit 2- Updated Application)
Parks & Recreation Master Plan
Ms. Vester explained to Board preparation and process being conducted regarding formulation of Parks & Recreation Master Plan. Ms. Vester advised of upcoming public
meetings which are being advertised via various forms of media and their importance to facilitate the creation of a realistic achievable master plan. (Exhibit 3 - Community

Adventure Day for All Event:
Ms. Vester advised October 12, 2019 was designated as the date for the upcoming Adventure Day for All event. Board expressed interest in exploring the possibility of
pushing back event date to first week in November. Ms. Vester stated she would conduct review of calendar and advise Board if it would be possible.
