Waterway Advisory Board meeting minutes of February 7, 2024
BRIEF HISTORY:
The Waterway Advisory Board reviewed and discussed: Approval of Meeting Minutes The January 3, 2024, meeting minutes were approved. Mr. Gallan made the motion to approve the minutes, seconded by Mr. Ritzenthaler, all were in favor. Discussion Attendance for Board Members - Implementation of a new electronic attendance system for tracking attendance at meetings. Meetings - Commence the April 3rd meeting at 4:30pm. Old Business Mangroves - Trimming Assessment. Fishing and Manatee Signs - No longer in existence. Code Enforcement - Reporting potential infractions as a Board opposed to reporting it as an individual. Waterways Webpage - Suggestions for Improvements. Marine Patrol Sgt. Antezana reported on the violations they had in the waterways.
