George Fink Studio Restoration Project with Critical Path Services, Inc., pursuant to Section 2-764(b), Approval of Change Orders and Contract Modifications of the City’s Procurement Code in an estimated amount of $125,000 for additional work to be performed, as well as any other reasonable cost identified during the final delivery of this project not to exceed the available budget.

On October 13, 2020, the City Commission accepted the recommendation to award IFB Contract 2020-024 for the H. George Fink Studio Restoration Project to Critical Path Services, Inc., the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
The H. George Fink Studio was constructed in 1920 and is a local historic landmark. This contract modification request will address additional work to be incorporated into the project and is a result of unforeseen conditions, typical of a restoration project of this complexity.
The Public Works Department recommends approval of this request.
