Title

A Resolution of the Parking Advisory Board recommending to the City Commission that a significant portion of the ground floor retail space in the new Mobility Hub be dedicated to Micro-Mobility and Attendant Services.

Body

The City is currently in the design phase for replacing the existing garage at 245 Andalusia with a new mobility hub to service Miracle Mile and the Central Business District. Micro-mobility is a key component of any sustainable plan for future movement and growth within our Central Business District. Micro-mobility spaces identified within initial plans for the ground floor of the new mobility hub have been limited. Therefore, the Parking Advisory Board would like to ensure that a portion of the retail space identified in the plans of the Hub be dedicated to businesses that provide micro-mobility and attendant services.
