Firefighter Balsera has been selected March’s Firefighter of the Month for his outstanding display of individual initiative surpassing job requirements and expectations, specifically for his hard work and dedication to the department.
There is an incredible talent pool within the ranks of our fire department. He is dependable and continues to strive for excellence within department. His involvement with the Cadets and the community has been nothing short of outstanding.
Due to his outstanding work ethic and dedication to the Fire Department Firefighter Nicholas Balsera is nominated for Firefighter of the month for March 2022.
