Firefighter McNally has been selected November’s Firefighter of the Month for her outstanding display of individual initiative surpassing job requirements and expectations, specifically for her hard work and dedication to the department.
There is an incredible talent pool within the ranks of our fire department. You were a key part and awesome resource for our Peer Support Program, and you continue to find ways to improve the program through training and strategies. The initiative you took to bring the ER Nurse’s day to the department’s attention was outstanding.
Due to her outstanding work ethic and dedication to the Fire Department Firefighter Rebecca McNally is nominated for Firefighter of the month for November 2021.
