Rolando Santana has been selected October’s Firefighter of the Month for his outstanding display of individual initiative surpassing job requirements and expectations, specifically for his hard work and dedication to the department recently in leading the Honor Guard team at the celebration of Life for Firefighter Rapanes.
Firefighter Santana is no exception to the great sacrifice for this department as well as the great sacrifice that he made for this country as a Marine Corp Sgt. He has become an incredible asset as the Lead of the Honor Guard team. He is doing a phenomenal job leading the team to look clean, crisp and professional.
Due to his outstanding work ethic and dedication to the Fire Department Rolando Santana is nominated for Firefighter of the month for October 2021.
