The purpose of this Invitation for Bids is to contract with a qualified and experienced contractor to deliver and provide submersible electrical control panel and accessories for sanitary sewer pump stations.
On December 2, 2020, the Procurement Division of Finance formally advertised, issued and distributed the IFB 2020-043 Electrical Control Panel Purchase Project.
On December 7, 2020 a non-mandatory pre-bid conference was held and six (6) prospective bidders downloaded the IFB package from Public Purchase, the City’s web-based e-Procurement service.
On December 29, 2020, a total of one (1) response to the IFB was received by Custom Controls Technology Inc.

The response was reviewed by the Procurement Division in order to determine responsiveness to the requirements of the IFB and to identify the responsive responsible bidder. The procurement Division finalized it’s due diligence process and confirmed that Custom Controls Technology Inc, is both responsive to the requirements of the IFB and responsible bidder.
The Public Works Department concurs with the Chief Procurement Officer’s recommendation to award the Electrical Control Panel Purchase Project to Custom Controls Technology Inc, in the amount of $655,927.00 plus a 5% contingency amount of $32,796.35 for a total of $688,723.35 to address any unforeseen conditions with the project.
