A Resolution of the City Commission of Coral Gables, Florida, authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with Pininfarina of America Corp. and Ekin, LLC, individually or collectively, to provide the city with objective design standards for small cells and smart city street poles and a proof-of-concept design of Ekin’s cutting-edge consolidating technology that allows for the cost effective co-location of multiple functionalities into a single module, for a combined amount not to exceed $150,000.00, under the Procurement Code Exemption contained in Section 2-607 (24) of the City's Procurement Code.
