Title

An Ordinance of the City of Coral Gables, Florida (City), amending the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 117- “Subdivisions,” Section 117-1, “Subdivisions of Property for Acquisition; Requirements” to provide an exemption from platting when property is acquired by the City for use as a City facility, providing for severability clause, repealer provision, codification and providing for an effective date.

 

 

Body

From time to time the City acquires property for use as a city facility and what Section 117-1 of the City Code intends to accomplish is not necessary where the City is acquiring property for use as a City facility.  Accordingly, this amendment serves to exempt the City from these requirements.
