“Mr. Romero has been with the department since January 1995. During this time, he has always volunteered to help anywhere needed, whether it be in the recycling, trash or garbage divisions. Jorge has always put his best foot forward. The department feels that Mr. Romero is an exemplary employee that can always be counted on.”
