Transportation Advisory Board Meeting of December 21, 2019.

At the December 19, 2019 Transportation Advisory Board (TAB) meeting the following topics were discussed:
1. Meeting Minutes approval of the November 21 meeting.
Sue Kawalerski proposed a motion to approve the minutes with the discussed and requested edits. The motion was seconded by Debbie Swain, voted upon, and adopted unanimously by the board.
2. Vicechair Election
Sue Kawalerski proposed a motion for the minutes to reflect that there was a vote, but no motion passed regarding the election of a vice chair. The motion was seconded by Debbie Swain, voted upon, and adopted unanimously by the board.
3. 220 Miracle Mile
4. Courtney Thompson Initiative
5. Alhambra Circle
6. Traffic Calming
7. Gables Redevelopment Infill District (GRID) map
8. Alhambra Circle
9. Citywide Traffic Calming.
10. Changes to Existing Resolution:
• Debbie Swain proposed a motion to withdraw the item that was submitted for consideration at the December 2019 Commission Meeting and asked for City staff to remove the item from the January agenda. The motion was seconded by Sue Kawalerski, voted upon, and unanimously passed by the board.
• Sue Kawalerski proposed a motion to accept the “spirit” of the proposed resolution and would like for it to be brought back at the next meeting for the board’s review. Debbie Swain seconded the motion, it was voted upon, and unanimously passed by the board.
11. Annual Report:
Debbie Swain motioned for the document submitted by Peter Wood to be the board’s annual report. The motion was seconded by Peter Wood and Dr. Sokoloff, voted upon, and unanimously passed by the board.
At the January 21, 2020 meeting Sue Kawalerski motioned to approve the minutes for the December 21, 2019 TAB meeting. The motion was seconded by Nicholas Barshel, voted upon, and unanimously passed by the board.
