Mr. Ray began his career with the City Beautiful in January 1995 as a Plans Coordinator Assistant. He was promoted to Code Enforcement Officer in November 1996. He was later promoted to Plans Processor in January 1999, a position that he maintains to date.
The City recognizes Kevin’s twenty five years of service.
