Congratulations to Lieutenant Jeffrey Stone, recipient of the City of Coral Gables “Firefighter of the Month Award,” for the month of April 2019.

Lieutenant Jeffrey Stone has been selected April’s Firefighter of the Month for his meritorious display of job performance, specifically for his consistency and his willingness to always lend a hand when needed. Lieutenant Stone’s daily EMS classes are on time and well informed with what is most important. He takes great pride in the Coral Gables Fire Department, he will sacrifice his own time and energy to help any member of the department. In addition, he has certified many of our Rescue divers, coached the ALS competition team and served as a mentor to many in the department. He should be commended for this body of work.
Lieutenant Jeffrey Stone is well deserving of this honor and we congratulate him for his efforts.
