A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a one-year Warranty and Maintenance Agreement with Harrington Resources Inc. dba Parker Systems to provide maintenance and service for T2 LUKE II pay-stations citywide.

As part of the on-street Parking and Revenue Control (PARC) system within the City, approximately two-hundred and fifty pay-stations have been installed throughout the City. Thirty-eight of the current pay-stations are T2 LUKE II’s purchased from T2 Systems Canada Inc. The 2015 purchase of T2 LUKE II pay-stations included a two-year parts and maintenance warranty along with a three-year extended warranty at a discounted rate. The warranty period provided in the purchase agreement is currently expired.
Parker Systems is the exclusive source of parts and service for Digital pay-stations within the State of Florida. The City has requested a quote to extend the existing parts and service warranty for the existing Digital pay-stations for one-year. The price for a one-year extended parts and service warranty is thirty-six thousand one hundred dollars ($36,100).
