the record. Meeting called to order at 7:58am. Quorum was reached.
Annual Report for Fiscal Year Ending September 30, 2018
Report was reviewed and approved by Board
Bollards
Resolution passed by Board in the past regarding a study to be conducted regarding installation of
bollards was revisited. Discussion regarding safety issues especially at events which take place in front
of City Hall and the various steps currently in place by the City.
Insurance Renewal - Presentation by Arthur J. Gallagher
Ms. Perez of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. distributed and conducted presentation of Annual Stewardship
Report (Exhibit 1) for Board members.
