Firefighter Carlo Milito has been selected August’s Firefighter of the Month for his outstanding display of individual initiative surpassing job requirements and expectations, specifically for consistently mentoring our firefighters and cadets. Firefighter Milito is promoting the brand of the Coral Gables Fire Department by providing fire cadets and EMS students with a positive experience when riding as observers and students on the fire rescue apparatus. Firefighter Milito is always friendly and constantly shares his knowledge and experience with all who work with him. He does an early morning refresher of a different concept each shift at roll call which shows his commitment to excellence. Firefighter Milito is dependable and has such a positive attitude.
Firefighter Milito is well deserving of this honor and we congratulate him for his efforts.
