“It is my pleasure and honor to nominate Mr. Charles Arguinzoni for the Employee of the Month award.
Charlie has been with the City for over 28 years now. He is dedicated, hard-working, detailed and is always willing to help in any capacity. By definition, a true “team player.” He has an infectious sense of humor that allows any resident, contractor or fellow employee to be at ease when dealing with the permit process which is stressful at times.
His job knowledge is unquestionable and he provides not only important information about the process to our customers but also to his co-workers.
As an example, we had a large development project that had many difficult last minute issues that is not for his expertise and understanding they would have been substantially delayed. His ability to help them with the required documents and processes needed is the type of dedication that can only be within a person and not trained.”
