“On September 13, 2017 while on duty with Police for post Hurricane Irma, Parking Officer Freeman was approached by an elderly man at the Police Station who inquired about receiving ice for his home at 301 Viscaya Ave. Parking Officer Freeman took it upon himself to collect two bags of ice from the basement in the station and delivered the bags of ice to Mr. and Mrs. Grandchamp at their home. Officer Freeman, on September 14, 2017 once again filled two more bags of ice and delivered it to Mr. and Mrs. Grandchamp at their home to ensure their food would not spoil whole they waited for the power to return.”
