“I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Anton Jackson for almost 2 decades. In that time I have seen him be a positive role model to all his colleagues and taking his personal time to teach others all he has learned in the 24 years he has worked for the City. I felt to ask the City to recognize him after hearing from his supervisors on multiple occasions what great work ethics Mr. Jackson has and how he has taken it upon himself to mentor the new employees in the department. He has not only mentor employees in his department but in other departments as well. I would like to think that Mr. Jackson is our unofficial CDL trainer, helping new employees attain their CDL license. That is why I believe Anton Jackson should be chosen as employee of the month.”
