Consideration of allowing a downtown cigar retail establishment at 2320 Galiano Street, to add the sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption on premises as an accessory use to the retail cigar establishment, provided that the total receipts from the sale of alcoholic beverages not exceed 25 percent of the total annual gross receipts, and subject to a valid certificate of use and local business tax.
