On February 11, 2014, Clay County, FL awarded a contract to multiple vendors to provide for Various Equipment and Amenities For Parks and Playgrounds to be utilized on an as needed basis, which has been renewed through February 10, 2018, with one (1) year renewal option, subject to further extensions and/or replacement contracts by Clay County.

 

The Public Works Department has requested the use of the Clay County, FL Contract RFP No. 13/14-8 contract to make timely replacement, repairs, and improvements to Phillips Park LED lighting fixtures.

 

The Public Works Department concurs with recommendation of the Chief Procurement Officer to “Piggyback” the contract from Clay County, FL for Various Equipment and Amenities for Parks and Playgrounds, subject to the availability of funds and budgetary approval at the time of need.
