Title

Body

On July 1, 2016 the City Manager distributed the City’s Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Annual Operating Budget Estimate in the amount of $183,104,583 to the City Commission.  On July 27, 2016 a workshop was held to present the budget estimate to the City Commission and answer any questions or concerns.  The budget that was presented at the September 13, 2016 hearing was $183,234,869; an increase of $130,286.  Details of this change were discussed at that hearing.  The budget that will be presented at the 2^nd and final hearing is $183,635,652; a further increase of $400,783.  Attached to this cover letter is a document that details the additional changes between the two budget versions.  These changes will be presented and discussed at the hearing.
