Title

A Resolution accepting the recommendation of the Chief Procurement Officer to award the contract for Cybersecurity Assessment Services, to Enterprise Risk Management, Inc., in the amount of $77,626, pursuant to Invitation For Bids (IFB) 2016.07.MS, and Section 2-828 of the Procurement Code entitled “Contract Award.”

Body

This contract consists of assessing the current status of the City’s Credit Card Environment (CDE), provide remediation recommendations, and provide the requested security documentation services, by a certified and authorized Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) Council provider.

 

On July 12, 2016, the Procurement Division of Finance formally advertised, issued and distributed IFB 2016.07.MS for Cybersecurity Assessment Services. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference was held on July 19, 2016 with four (4) prospective bidders in attendance of the twenty-seven (27) firms who obtained the IFB package from the Procurement Division.

 

On August 5, 2016, three (3) bids were received in response to the IFB 2016.07.MS, Cybersecurity Assessment Services from; Enterprise Risk Management, Inc.; Trustwave Holdings, Inc.; and KirkpatrickPrice, Inc.

 

The lowest responsive responsible bidder for this contract was determined to be Enterprise Risk Management, Inc., with a total bid of $77,626 for a three (3) year period, in the amount of $29,903 for the first year; $28,958 for the second year; and $18,765 for the third year. The Information Technology Department concurs with the Chief Procurement

Officer’s recommendation to award Enterprise Risk Management, Inc., the contract for Cybersecurity Assessment Services.
