Fred began his career with the City Beautiful as Recreational Leader on July 1996. He was then promoted to Recreation Specialist on January 1998, Assistant Parks and Recreations Director in October 2000, and Parks and Recreations Director in July 2007.

 

The City recognizes Fred’s 20 years of loyal service.
