The Coral Gables Fire Department has attained recognition from the American Heart Association for demonstrating continued success in using the Mission: Lifeline EMS program. The program recognizes EMS providers for their performance in the treatment and management of patients suffering from Acute Myocardial Infarctions. As a participant in the Miami-Dade County STEMI Network, the Coral Gables Fire Department is recognized with the 2016 Mission: Lifeline Silver EMS Award.
Coral Gables Fire Department continues to apply the most up-to-date evidence-based treatment guidelines to improve patient care and outcomes in our community.
