School Community Relations Committee Meeting of March 18, 2016.
Body
1. The minutes from February 19, 2016 were unanimously approved.
2. The meeting was hosted at UM CARD and Dr. Alessandri presented briefly to the group and took questions about autism, the work of UM CARD and services they offer.
3. All final MDCPS Compact recommendations were asked to be submitted to staff prior to the next committee meeting.
4. The homework policy discussion was tabled until committee members obtain the input of their elected officials.
5. Special Needs Planning meeting debriefing.
6. General discussion about reminders, upcoming events and the need to fill the vacant seat on the committee.
