The Chairperson discussed the submitting of minutes rather than verbatim transcriptions. A presentation of the insurance renewal was led by Maria Vergho from Arthur J. Gallagher, along with discussion by George Erickson from Siver Consultants. Mr. Diaz-Padron requested a motion from the board to submit the recommendations to the City Manager for approval. It was approved 5 -0.
