REVIEW OF JEFRE’S QUALIFICATIONS TO BE INCLUDED IN THE QUALIFIED ARTIST LIST:
A motion was made by Dr. Damien and seconded by Mr. Stuart to accept Jefre, the artist, to be included in the Qualified Artist List. (Unanimously approved)
COLOR SELECTION AND DISCUSSION OF THE JEAN WARD SCULPTURES:
A motion was made by Mr. Stuart and seconded by Dr. Damian for approval of the painting of all of the sculptures in semi-gloss black, on the condition that evidence is not found to the contrary in the archives of the artist work that they were to be another color. (Unanimously approved) (Please note that it will be taken to the Cultural Development Board for approval)
A motion was made by Mr. Stuart and seconded by Ms. Tschumy to retain the 2 sculptures at the library at their current location and with appropriate podiums. (Unanimously approved)
