COMMITTEE REPORTS:
§ Sundays on the Porch with George series reviewed and updated.
HOUSE REPORT: April 2015
§ Total visitors in April: Approximately 35 on tours given during SOTPWG.
§ Trust Fund Balance: $19,539.50 (expenditure account); $942 (revenue account).
§ Roxy O’Neal Bolton Fund: $4,939 (unchanged).
§ Rental requests: None new.
§ Dress donation: DAR looking to help find a dress form.
§ Two paintings were taken to conservator.
OLD BUSINESS: Porch benches; Merrick House Bus Tours; Richard Merrick Art Show; Future House Tour; Staff Member Resignation
A motion was made and seconded for the development of a bench fundraising program that will have a limited number of benches that will require a donation of $1,000 with the funds to be allocated for painting restoration. At the next meeting a bench fundraising plan that will include a site plan and a number on benches along with application will be presented. (Unanimously approved)

DISCUSSION ITEMS: Part Time Merrick House Docent Coordinator

A motion was made and seconded to excuse the absences of Ms. Yusko, Ms. Ebbert, and Ms. Lam for the June meeting. (Unanimously approved)
