A Resolution authorizing a temporary display for public use of "The Station" by Green Sun Marketing, LLC on City property located on the plaza of the Coral Gables Museum.

WHEREAS, GREEN SUN MARKETING, LLC (the "Developer"), has offered to temporarily install for public display and use a solar power phone/laptop charger entitled "The Station"; and
WHEREAS, the Station will be located on the City right of way at the Coral Gables Museum plaza, and the museum is interested in having the Station in that location; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has proposed the temporary public use and display on the plaza of the museum for a period not to exceed three months; and
