Lieutenant Eddie Dunn was selected April's Firefighter of the Month for his excellence in conduct, such as: responsibility, dependability, and positive attitude. Lt. Dunn has provided the City of Coral Gables 32 years of outstanding service and 22 of those years as an assigned Rescue Lieutenant responding to approximately 35,000 rescue calls. He has mentored upcoming paramedics as well as paramedic students to help them achieve their professional goals in becoming paramedics of the highest caliber in the nation. His vast experience is priceless and his calm demeanor during the most stressful situations, one of his strongest attributes. Lt. Dunn is a shining example for others to follow and deserving of this recognition.
