Summary of Minutes

1.      Approval of the June 18, 2008 meeting minutes.

2.      The Board discussed Burger Bob's lease to be month to month with a (30) day notice.

3.      The Board discussed Dulce LLC's lease changes as per the Board's recommendation and agreed that this will serve as a lease template from here on.
