1. The minutes of the March 24, 2008 meeting were approved as final minutes.
2. The Committee met with Bob Shafer, Health Insurance Consultant, to review HUMANA's incurred claims experience for 2007 and renewal information for 2008-2009.
3. The next meeting was tentatively scheduled for summer 2008.
