A Resolution of the City Commission urging the Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners to not approve, or alternatively, to defer its consideration of, the proposed Ordinance creating a new Coral Gables/University Station Subzone of the Rapid Transit Zone District and adding the property located at 1250 South Dixie Highway to the Coral Gables/University Stations Subzone and designating such property under the exclusive jurisdiction of Miami-Dade County
