Body
An inspection of the Casuarina 2 Pump Station identified deterioration of the valve vault piping and fittings, compromising system reliability and operational integrity. These conditions posed an immediate risk to public health, safety, and environmental compliance by increasing the potential for sanitary sewer overflows and disruption of essential wastewater services. To mitigate these risks, emergency repairs were undertaken to restore the pump station to proper operating condition and ensure the continued reliability of the sanitary sewer system.
