A Resolution of the City Commission amending Ordinance No. 2015-17, as amended, Resolution 2016-148, as amended, Resolution 2017-167, as amended, Resolution 2018-219, as amended, Resolution 2018-219 as amended, and 2020-158, as amended to adjust the Sanitary Sewer Charges, providing for severability clause, and providing for an effective date.

Body

Sanitary Sewer Charges - The City is recommending an increase to the current Sanitary Sewer fee structure in order to cover the cost of assuming the responsibility of replacing sewer laterals.  This fee increase will generate approximately $327,000 annually to assume the cost of this new initiative.

Fiscal Impact

The fees increase will supplement the cost of sewer lateral replacements.
