Parking Advisory Board Meeting of January 24, 2008
Body
1. Discussion of Automated Parking presentation before the Commission. The three panelists have a broad base of expertise.
2. The Parking Advisory Board approved the use of event parking in our garages for the St. Patrick’s Day celebration.
3. For the purposes of on going discussions and planning the Parking Advisory Board identified priority goals for the Parking Department.
These goals include:
1. New Permit Management System
2. Upgrading our Garage Operating System
3. Conversion to on-street pay stations
4. Acquisition of the property between Lot 3 and Lot 18
5. Redevelopment of the Garage 1 site.
