CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATION
That a Resolution awarding the construction contract for the improvements of existing space to house the Art Cinema at the Museum Garage, City of Coral Gables, Florida, to Solution Construction, Inc., the lowest and most responsive bid, in the amount of $535,343.00, be approved by the City Commission, with the understanding that tasks of deductive alternates might be performed during the construction period, at the cost indicated in the bid, in the event additional funds become available.
