CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 9:06 am.
ROLL CALL:
Ms. Lyons called the roll; all members were present.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A motion was made by Ms. Dowlen and seconded by Ms. Maranos to approve the minutes with corrections.
The motion passed with a collective aye.
APPROVAL OF ABSENCES:
A motion was made by Ms. Heisenbottle and seconded by Ms. Maranos to excuse the absence of Ms. Busot.
The motion passed with a collective aye.
