Brief History
On January 23rd, 2007, the Commission of the City of Coral Gables passed and adopted Resolution No. 2007-12 approving encroachments consisting of the installation of pavers and landscaping at several locations within the Sunrise Harbour Subdivision.  The Sunrise Harbour Homeowner's Association is requesting approval to upgrade the landscaping at their expense within the cul-de-sac areas of Sunrise Terrace, Sunrise Court and Sunrise Place.  The new upgrades require irrigation systems to be installed.
 
The Sunrise Harbour Homeowners' Association will contribute to the City 50% of the total actual construction cost, for the irrigation system improvements, and will continue to maintain the encroachments approved by Resolution 2007-12 in accordance with the maintenance agreement executed on September 17, 2007.
