Title: Presentation of excerpts from the Historic Preservation Board meeting of June 21, 2007 requesting the following action with regard to Case File AV 2001-03. That the City Commission adopt a Resolution authorizing Ad Valorem tax relief for the property located at 2515 De Soto Boulevard, a local historic landmark legally described as Lot 9, Block 3, Coral Gables Section "A". The approximate tax exemption requested is for a $1,342,000 improvement, which corresponds to approximately $8,253.30 per year and to $82,533.00 over ten years.
