Brief History

Upon request from the City Commission, the Parks and Recreation Department reviewed all City-owned property for their potential use as a developed park space. The Department then issued a memorandum detailing the findings. Upon review of the memorandum, the City Commission requested the memorandum be presented as a formal presentation at the City Commission meeting.
