On September 23, 2014, the City Commission approved a Resolution adopting the Capital Improvement Program for the five fiscal years from 2015 to 2019. Staff would like to use $350,000 of these funds that are allocated for the repairs to the Coral Gables Merrick House as matching funds for a Special Category Grant application from the Florida Department of State Division of Historical Resources.
