Body
This Resolution amends the 2009-2010 Annual Budget and authorizes an appropriation of funds in the amount of $300,000 in the Capital Improvement Fund.
 
The City received a one-time capital contribution of $300,000 on August 4, 2006 under the cable franchise agreement with Comcast to interconnect sites within the City called the I-Net.  The capital funding of $300,000 is to be specifically used to subsidize the purchase of equipment necessary to connect the I-Net.
