Brief History
The requested easement is to provide the space required for the electrical facilities necessary to serve the new Coral Gables Museum.  It is an easement 11.8' x 12.7', located on the NE corner of 285 Aragon Ave, adjacent to the alley running along the rear of the property, legally described in Exhibit A, attached. It is a perpetual easement for the construction, operation and maintenance of overhead and underground electric utility facilities to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, enlarge, change the voltage of, as well as the size of, and to remove such facilities within the easement.
