It is recommended that the Towing contract be executed effective December 1, 2008

 

Brief History

On July 15, 2008 the City Commission approved resolution No. 2008.113 (as amended) for the Towing Services awarded to Downtown Towing pursuant to section 2-828 [c] of the procurement code for Towing Services RFP 2008.03.13
