Title

Body

As a result of a meeting among representatives of the State Division of Retirement, the City and the International Association of Fire Fighters Local 1210, there remains one change to section 50-34 of the Code, referencing the appropriate start date for the five percent (5%) employee contribution by firefighter participants. This final revision resolves the open issues between the State and the City. Accordingly, the funds due to the City under chapters 175 and 185 were released upon the passage of this ordinance on First Reading.
