Body

Resolution Number 2009-231, Initial Assessment Resolution, was adopted August 25, 2009, and Resolution Number 2009-267, Final Assessment, was adopted September 22, 2009.  Ordinance Number 2009-37 was adopted August 25, 2009 authorizing the imposition and collection of fire protection assessments against property, but was replaced with the Master Service Assessment Ordinance in 2015 (No. 2015-09).
